CAN I REGISTER ON-SITE OR THE DAY OF?
Yes! You can register at the door and online at www.theramp.org/events.
WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT?
While there is not a specific age requirement, the Ramp’s primary mission is to reach high school and college students through our youth conferences. Kids Ramp is primarily focused toward students between 5-12 years old. All kids must be accompanied by a parent, youth leader, or guardian.
DO YOU OFFER CHILDCARE?
We are not able to provide childcare during our events.
WHEN IS CHECK-IN FOR THE CONFERENCE?
Check in begins at 3pm on the first day of the conference
WHAT TIME WILL THE DOORS OPEN?
Doors will open one hour before service.
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
All paid tickets are non-refundable. Please contact The Ramp if you have any questions.
WHAT MEAL OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON SITE?
Food trucks are located in the Ramp parking lot.
Hamilton has many local eateries, including common fast food chains nearby.

WHAT IS THE EVENT SCHEDULE?
The event schedule will vary depending on the event. A complete schedule can be found on the information page of the registration page. You will also receive a schedule by email after registering for the event.
WRISTBANDS SYSTEM?
Due to limited seating at the Ramp, most of the auditorium is open floor seating. This allows all attendees plenty of space for worship. Ramp Volunteers will assist in guiding everyone through the doors when your color is announced.
- There are four different colors.
- All groups waiting for the doors to open may gather outside in their designated color group.
- When the doors are opened, the groups will be directed to enter in the wristband color order.
- Using this system allows everyone the opportunity to get a great seat!
ARE SEATS ASSIGNED?
The Ramp has open floor seating where all attendees sit.
Chairs are reserved for those 25 years and older, those with medical needs, Ramp Partners, and Front Porch Friend Partners.
If there is a specific need during the event, notify the Front Desk, and we will do our best to accommodate every situation.
WILL THERE BE MERCH?
All Ramp merch will be available before and in between sessions at the Ramp Store, located in the Ramp foyer. Also available for purchase online at www.therampstore.org.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED FOR MERCH?
Cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted as forms of payment.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CONFERENCE?
- Your bible, notebook, and pen.
- A water bottle.
- Extra spending money for food trucks and Ramp merch.
- A heart that is eager to be marked by encounter with Jesus!
ARE THERE ITEMS I MAY NOT BRING TO A RAMP CONFERENCE?
- Saving Chairs or floor space between sessions
- Stadium seats or Folding Chairs
- Blankets
- Large backpacks
- Open drinks - all drinks must have a closed/sealed lid. Bottled water is available for purchase in the Ramp Store.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
The Ramp front parking lot is reserved for food trucks and wristband color lines.
Handicap parking is located along the right side of the main lot; however, space is limited.
Regular and bus parking is located on the left side of the Ramp past Pizza Hut.
The majority of parking is located across the street within the marked area. Parking attendants will be there to guide you to the designated parking areas.
IMPORTANT: We have been asked for all attendees to refrain from parking at the Post Office and Pizza Hut parking lots during the conference.

LOST AND FOUND
All lost items and items will be brought to the Check-in Desk located at the Ramp Foyer.
